Ginger is a well-loved dining spot for Tulum locals and repeat visitors, and has been featured in the New York Times and Fodor´s travel guide. Chef-owner Javier Ornelas has been creating some of Tulum´s favorite dishes for 10 years. Recently he began catering events and weddings in the Tulum area, and will keep doing that while re-opening Ginger restaurant.
The restaurant features healthy, delicious meals for the whole family, including grain- and gluten-free, Paleo, and vegetarian options.
The restaurant opens at 8 am for breakfast, served until noon. The lunch menu is served from noon to 3 pm.
